| -- (Buyer or Seller) Will you explain how you communicate with your clients, i.e., how often, how quickly, and by what method (phone, e-mail, text, etc.)? |
| -- (Buyer or Seller) Can you explain in plain English all the fine print in the contracts we will be asked to sign? |
